Joseph Gianvito, PE

Joseph Gianvito serves as the Authority Engineer for WEWJA through KLH Engineers, Inc., where he is President of the firm. In this role, he provides engineering support for the Authority’s capital improvement projects, system planning, and infrastructure management.

Joe has more than 20 years of experience in water and wastewater project planning, design, permitting, and construction administration. In addition to his management responsibilities, he serves as a lead process engineer for KLH treatment plant projects and has extensive experience with treatment plant startup and troubleshooting operational issues.

Joe holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia and is also a certified wastewater treatment plant operator in Pennsylvania.
