Beth Sturchak

Business Manager

Beth Sturchak serves as the Business Manager for WEWJA, where she oversees the Authority’s business office operations, including finance administration, customer billing, and customer service functions. In this role, she manages the daily operations of the Business Department and works closely with the Executive Director and Authority staff to ensure efficient administrative and financial management.

Beth is responsible for coordinating many of the Authority’s administrative functions, including procurement support, regulatory reporting, vendor coordination, insurance administration, employee benefits management, hiring processes and onboarding new employees. She also assists with preparation of the annual budget and audit and helps ensure compliance with Authority policies and contractual obligations.

Through her work in the business office, Beth helps support the operational and financial stability of WEWJA while ensuring customers, vendors, and partner agencies receive responsive and professional service.
